I've always had an interesting life, from being diagnosed with Pyloric Stenosis (projectile vomiting) at two weeks old to pushing the envelope way past the desk. I was born two weeks early and I have a bend in my ear to show for it. Since I can remember, I've always drawn, and since grade eight I've been attracted to drawing, as well as girls. Kidding, I've liked girls since I can remember.
Since then, I've played the game and beaten some odds: I've jumped out of a plane and I still manage to crawl away from situations few people ever get into. It's different when you go out and try to live each day, instead of falling into a repetitive rut. It's taught me something: there's more to life than sucking on what society gives you, or tells you to get. There's so much freedom out there that we don't take the time to enjoy. And most importantly, we can all add to the pile we take from and give something back.
I was born in Montréal and I've watched my friends leave: for girls, for school, or because the city threw them out. There's a difference between the things you have and the stuff that nobody can take away. Passing through class and hanging out with friends, walking the streets of downtown till four in the morning..these are the memories that will never fade. I grew up at camp learning from kids twice as old then taught the material back to youngsters half my age. I've seen and I've believed and now I've got things to say, and I hope your ears are eager to listen. Renaissance 2.0. Glad you could make it.
